Dwight Hall is a serial entrepreneur and budding developer with a passion for finding creative ways to offer quality affordable homes to the market. He is the principal at DHall Homes; a development company focused on bridging the homeownership gap for black and minority prospective home buyers. 

Dwight’s company focuses on land acquisition, older homes, and common real estate strategies to reinvigorate minority communities. He believes one of the best ways to create generational wealth is through real estate. Dwight focuses on community revitalization versus gentrification. His mission is to put good people, in good homes, in a good community. 

Dwight is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas. He received his bachelor’s in urban studies & community leadership from Arkansas Baptist College. He also holds a master’s in journalism and has completed coursework for a master’s in management and leadership. Dwight is an active investor and licensed real estate agent that focuses primarily on fix n flips, short-term rentals, and property management.
