BIO

As Founder and CEO of Ray Marie Properties, Alex leads all company activities throughout all markets. He is responsible for leading business development and corporate strategy as well as driving pipeline and overseeing the development of projects.

In the real estate industry, Alex has been involved in the development and sale of over $340M student, multifamily, office and mixed-use real estate across 8 states. Major markets include urban neighborhoods located in Chicago, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Alex graduated cum laude from North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He went on to obtain his Masters Degree in Real Estate & Development from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

Career Highlights:

  • Was on 3-member team that sold 3rd tallest building in Indiana

  • Developed 80-million-dollar multifamily apartment site in Pittsburgh, PA

  • Grew a personal portfolio of 180 plus units in 5 years

  • Currently developing a $14 million-dollar multifamily redevelopment in Pittsburgh, PA

  • Currently developing a $45 million dollar mix use development in San Juan, PR
